Additional FunctionalityMicrosoft Dynamics CRM for 1CMicrosoft Dynamics CRM 1C connector is designed to organize a transparent, dynamic, two-way exchange of data between the systems "1C: Enterprise 8" and MS CRM 4.0 in real time or on schedule. This interaction allows doing away with double data entry, improves control over data integrity and data access, and increases work productivity of staff liaising with clients and producing accounting and other documents.Data are exchanged through an intermediate database. A processing system unloading the necessary data to an intermediate database is used to unload data from 1C: Enterprise. Modified data go automatically from Microsoft CRM to the intermediate database when items are set up, modified or deleted. Windows service periodically selects data from intermediate databases. This Windows service is part of the supplied connector. After selection, Windows service sets up, modifies or deletes the corresponding item in "1C: Enterprise" or MS CRM. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1C connector is certified by Microsoft for compatibility with the products of Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2003 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2005. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Call-center connectorsMS CRM 4.0 can be easily integrated with an IP telephony system using connectors supplied with telephone exchanges Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Alcatel, Oktell, and several others. These connectors perform the same function. When a customer calls, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client card is displayed on the operator's screen with detailed information about the customer and all previous interactions with the customer.
